Returns & Refunds policy
Thanks for shopping at the Oohaul. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re a first-time customer or returning, while using our Online store. By placing an order or making a purchase at Oohaul, you agree to the terms below, along with Oohaul’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Standard Return Policy
We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the OOHAUL. In the unlikely event, a product is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it with a receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the product from OOHAUL. The product must be in its original condition with all of its included parts, accessories, and packaging and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based on the payment method. In addition, please note:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail info.oohaul@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, you must cover the return costs for your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info.oohaul@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take Photos/ Videos immediately upon receipt of the item and send it to us so we can assess.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, this can take up to 10 business days
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In the case of any drinkware, Mugs or Tumblers, their packaging MUST be UN-OPENED and UNUSED
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). If you have any concerns please contact us before purchasing. If you have an issue with the item let us know immediately and we can see how best we can rectify the issue at hand.

The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods that deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Purchasing of Digitial services from OOHAUL Ltd
By placing a Graphic Design order with OOHAUL Ltd you the client hereby accept these terms:
From this point on OOHAUL Ltd would be referred to as (OOHAUL) , any person or company purchasing services and or products from here on in would be referred to as the (Client).
Upon request of digital artwork services, the client must make full payment to order/book any services that are to be fulfilled by (OOHAUL). Only when payments are made would the client order be processed.
All information/ details concerning the job requirement must be submitted to (OOHAUL) before any work on the design is started. That way (OOHAUL) can build a design based on the client's information. Depending on the requested artwork (OOHAUL) would then begin mocks/sketches to submit to the client for approval before the digital design phase commences and the final design is completed and submitted.
In regards to logo designs, the client will receive 3 - 4 mock designs (or more depending on the request) in which they will choose ONE that they wish to use as their intended Logo or design. ALL other mock designs & sketches sent to the client MUST be discarded and not used in ANY form or design unless payments are made to (OOHAUL) for said artwork usage.
Should the client not come to a decision on any of the mock designs/ sketches, another batch of sketches will be sent to the client, if the client still cannot decide on a design selection, which would have been done based on the details provided, 40% of the job will be charged for labour and time and the balance refunded. ALL mock designs & sketches sent to the client MUST be discarded and not used in ANY form or design unless payments are made to (OOHAUL) for said artwork usage.
During the design process if for any reason the client wishes to change the design AFTER it has already been approved there would be additional costs attached, this cost must be settled before final artwork is submitted to the client.
During the design process if for any reason the client wishes to add to the design AFTER it has already been approved there would be additional costs attached for amendments and alterations, this cost must be settled before the final artwork is submitted.
Depending on the requested digital artwork, if the client for whatever reason wishes to cancel the order after the order is placed 50% of the cost of the entire job would immediately be charged and 50% refunded as work would have already been started on that job.
Depending on the requested digital artwork, if the client for whatever reason wishes to cancel the order whilst in progress, an evaluation on the quantity of work that was completed would be made by (OOHAUL) and that percentage of the job would be charged based on the current progression stage and the balance refunded.
Should the client have paid fully for a job and for whatever reason (OOHAUL) cannot complete the job the client would be refunded entirely for that job.
Should a client not be satisfied with a digital artwork that was submitted, 99% of the entire job would be charged and the balance refunded as the job would have been sent for approval to the client at multiple design stages throughout the design process for approval before the final piece was submitted to the client.
Due to the nature of digital artwork, once submitted to a client the digital artwork cannot be revoked if the client refuses to pay, or if the client makes a false claim to (OOHAUL) of not being satisfied and requests a refund for work done.
